FOB (Free On Board)
FOB shipment indicates that once the Japan-side procedures are completed, (in-land transportation, customs & shipping procedure, taxes, documentation etc.) and the vehicle is boarded onto the vessel at the port and leaves Japan, all responsibilities of the vehicle transfers from the shipper (America Zaka Motor Japan) to the buyer until it reaches its port of destination. In simple terms, the FOB price is the price of the vehicle excluding the shipping cost and insurance.
CIF (Cost Insurance Freight)
This is opposite to FOB. It indicates that the shipper (America Zaka Motor Japan) is not only responsible for the Japan-side procedures, but also responsible for insuring the vehicle on behalf of the buyer until vehicle arrives and is unloaded at the port of destination. In simple terms, the CIF price is the price of the vehicle including shipping cost and insurance. America Zaka Motor Japan uses this payment method for all vehicles.
C&F (Cost & Freight)
This means that the seller (America Zaka Motor Japan) pays for Japan-side procedure costs (in-land transportation, loading and freight, customs & shipping procedure, documentation etc.) and the buyer pays for transportation of the vehicle from Japan. In simple terms, the C&F (or CFR) price is the price of the vehicle including the shipping cost BUT excluding insurance.

Shipping cost varies according to the Shipping company, the size of the vehicle and destination port. Send us your inquiry and we will inform you of the updated shipping cost of your vehicle.
